Requirements
Here are the simplified eligibility criteria for the UQ Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship:
- Achieve a high ATAR score of 99.90 or equivalent.
- Finish Year 12 in 2024 or 2023 (if you’re taking a gap year).
- You must be:
- An Australian citizen, Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder, or
- An Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, or international student who completed Years 11 and 12 in Australia.
- Other requirements include:
- Not having completed any previous higher education studies apart from Year 11–12 studies.
- Applying for a university place through QTAC, with UQ as your top preference.
- Planning to enroll full-time in an undergraduate program at UQ in 2025 (or 2026 if deferring your place).
