Join the University of Exeter’s Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Contribute to cutting-edge projects on energy innovation and climate change mitigation, collaborate with top institutions, and advance your career in a supportive, hybrid work environment. Competitive salary and professional development opportunities available.
About
The Faculty wants to hire a Postdoctoral Researcher to help Drs Jean-Francois Mercure and Femke Nijsse. They work on two projects: EEIST and LC3M.
EEIST, led by the University of Exeter, improves models for energy innovation and economies that governments use for decisions worldwide.
LC3M, based in Sheffield, studies ways to reduce climate change by enhancing natural processes to capture and store CO2 emissions. They use the E3ME-FTT model to understand economic challenges and opportunities in global efforts to cut carbon emissions.
