Eligibility Criteria

- Doctoral Program: You should either have already commenced or be on the verge of starting a doctoral programme at a recognized university.
- Thesis Work: Your proposed research at CERN should be integral to your doctoral thesis. While CERN will contribute to your research, the responsibility for awarding your degree lies with your university. Coordination between your university supervisor and your CERN mentor will be necessary.
- Language Proficiency: A strong command of either English or French is required.

To complete your application, you need to provide the following documents in either English or French, clearly labeled (e.g., “CV,” “Motivation Letter,” “Academic Transcript”) and submitted in PDF format:

- Academic Transcript: A copy of your most recent academic transcript, reflecting your grades. If downloaded from your university portal, ensure it is not protected so that we can access it.
