About

The Indonesia Political Inclusion Fellowship, spearheaded by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), is a transformative program aimed at addressing the systemic barriers that hinder the full participation of women and marginalized communities in Indonesia’s political sphere. Through a comprehensive approach that includes training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the fellowship is designed to equip emerging leaders with the necessary skills, knowledge, and networks to drive meaningful change within their political environments.

The fellowship, centered on the theme of women’s political leadership inclusion, seeks to challenge entrenched power dynamics and promote a more equitable and representative political landscape. By fostering inclusive leadership practices and amplifying underrepresented voices, the program aims to cultivate leaders capable of advancing social justice and inclusive governance.
